Hi, I'm Thomas, founder and owner of TSW Automotive Ltd.

My journey in the motor trade began in 2010 when I started as an Apprentice Technician with Belfast Audi.

During my time there, I developed a strong foundation in vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair while working with one of the leading brands in the industry.

After Audi, I moved on to work for a respected Volkswagen Audi Group specialist, where I further expanded my knowledge and experience working across the Volkswagen Audi Group range. Those years helped shape my knowledge, diagnostic skills and passion for solving complex vehicle faults.

In 2022, I took the leap and opened TSW Automotive Ltd with a vision of providing honest, high quality vehicle repairs and diagnostics backed by genuine expertise and excellent customer service.

Today, I'm proud to have built a trusted local workshop that continues to grow through customer recommendations and support.

Whether it's routine maintenance, complex diagnostics, gearbox issues, or performance work, my goal remains the same: to provide a professional service you can trust.

We're excited to welcome Brian to the TSW Automotive team.

With over 20 years experience in the motor trade, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the workshop. Coming from a strong Volkswagen Audi Group background, he is an Audi trained and accredited technician, with deep expertise across VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda vehicles.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked on a huge range of vehicles including time spent as Senior Technician at Ferrari, where precision and excellence are the standard.

We're proud to have him on board as we continue to grow TSW Automotive and deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

Diesel takes his role at TSW Automotive very seriously. His daily duties include supervising the workshop, greeting customers, inspecting lunchboxes and ensuring absolutely no treats go unclaimed. He knows nothing about fixing cars, but he's convinced he's the boss. Payment accepted in biscuits and belly rubs.
