Welcome to TSW Automotive Ltd.

TSW is a trusted name in the automotive industry, with a combined 30+ years of experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repairs. We are independent Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) specialists, covering Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Škoda. However, we warmly welcome all makes and models through our doors and will assist you wherever we can.

Our specialist focus means we have the advanced specialist diagnostic equipment, specialist tooling, parts and expertise that these vehicles need and deserve, while offering the same high standard of care for all vehicles, without the main dealer prices. We combine in depth technical knowledge with a commitment to customer satisfaction, making us the go to choice for VAG vehicles in the local area and beyond.

Every service and repair is carried out to manufacturer specifications, using high quality parts wherever possible. We update digital service schedules and provide a printed copy, helping to ensure, where applicable, that your vehicle can retain its dealer warranty.

Our processes mean we only ever carry out work that you have approved, with clear explanations and honest, itemised estimates before any additional work is undertaken.

We are located in Burnside, Ballyclare, in our modern, up to date workshop, proudly serving Ballyclare, Antrim, Newtownabbey and the surrounding areas.

We are just 15 to 20 minutes from Ballymena, Belfast, Antrim, Larne and Carrickfergus, making us easily accessible from all surrounding areas.

Get in touch with us using any of the contact options provided, and we'll be happy to arrange your appointment at a date and time that suits you.
